🌟 IT'S A GREAT DAY TO BE A TEXAN 🌟

Today was a great day not only for Tennyson Middle School but for Waco ISD. We were able to celebrate the hard work of our school district, community leaders and families who have advocated for our students. This is only the beginning of our journey but the future looks very bright.

A special thank you to Khyrin Barrett who is a 5th grader at Parkdale Elementary School for his amazing speech this morning. We can't wait to have him join us (just a few steps away) at Tennyson next year. Our ATLAS teachers hope to continue to inspire, support and encourage him.

Thank you to Taleigh Carter and Dr. Robert Duron for giving us a picture of what it's like to be a Tennyson Texan.

Thank you to Dr. Kincannon for always doing what is right for the students and staff in Waco ISD. We can't wait until we have a "Paint Done" school in the coming months.

You are the difference makers in the lives of every student at Tennyson. We are lucky and grateful to have you on our team.
