Please read all the instructions below for new or returning students prior to beginning the online registration process.
 

Online Registration

In-Person Registration

Registration dates for the 2025-2026 school year coming soon.

New Students

If your student is attending Waco Independent School District for the first time, please visit the Online Registration Portal and select the "Register New User" option at the bottom of the screen.

When creating this account, make sure to make note of your user ID, password, and security question for future reference. You are now ready to log in and complete the online registration process.

Prior to completing your online registration, collect electronic copies as either pdf or image files of the following documents to attach to your online registration.

  • Driver’s license/photo ID
  • Updated immunization record
  • Current proof of residency
    • Utility bill in parent/guardian’s name (gas, electric, water)
    • Rental or lease agreement/contract
  • Birth certificate
  • Social Security card

Enrollment is not complete until all required documentation has been submitted online or to the student's campus.

Returning Students

For parents who have children currently enrolled in or were previously enrolled in the Waco Independent School District, log in to the Online Registration Portal and enter your current user ID and password created for the Parent Self Serve PortalIf you have not set up your Parent Self Serve, go to the Parent Self Serve Portal and register as a new user to set up your account. 

Prior to completing your online registration, collect electronic copies as either pdf or image files of the following documents to attach to your online registration.

  • Driver’s license/photo ID
  • Updated immunization record

 

Enrollment is not complete until all required documentation has been submitted online or to the student’s campus.
