2020-2021 Registration Information

  • Registration for New & Returning Students

    Registration for all other grade levels will begin on Monday, May 25 and run through the first week in August.

    NOTE: The option to choose from in-person instruction OR remote instruction will be available beginning Monday, July 27.

    Please read all instructions below for new or returning students prior to beginning the online registration process.
     

    Online Registration

Selecting In-Person vs. Remote Instruction

  • Instructional Choice Sheet Instructions

    For Parent(s)/Guardian(s) who have already completed the online registration process.

    1. Log in to the online registration portal at https://waco.teams.hosting/registration/#!login 
    2. Select the "Next" button to move to section 7 - Student Forms.
    3. Find the Instructional Choice Form at the bottom of the list with a label of "To Do".
    4. Complete the form by selecting your student's instructional setting for the first six-week marking period.
    5. Select Submit and you can log back out of the registration. 
     
     For Parent(s)/Guardian(s) who HAVE NOT completed the online registration process.
    1. Log in to the online registration portal at https://waco.teams.hosting/registration/#!login   
    2. Complete the Information for Sections 1-6 in the online registration process.
    3. On Section 7 - Student Forms, the Instructional Choice Form will appear at the bottom of the list.
    4. Complete the form by selecting your student's instructional setting for the first six-week marking period.
    5. Select Submit and you can move to the next portion of the online registration process. 
    6. Complete the remaining sections, uploading documents for support and "Complete" your online registration process.

    Para los padres/tutores que hayan completado el proceso de registro en línea.

    1. Inicie session en el portal de registro en línea en
    2. Seleccione el botón “Siguiente” para pasar a la sección 7- Formularios de estudiantes.
    3. Encuentre el Formulario de elección de instrucción al final de la lista con una etiqueta de “tareas pendientes”.
    4. Complete el formulario seleccionado la configuración de su estudiante para el primer período de calificación de seis semanas.
    5. Seleccione enviar y puede volver a cerrar sesión en el registro.

     

    Para los padres/tutores que NO HAYAN completado el proceso de registro en línea.

    1. Inicie session en el portal de registro en línea en
    2. Complete la información para las secciones 1-6 en el proceso de registro en línea.
    3. En la sección 7-Formularios de estudiantes, el Formulario de elección de instrucción aparecerá al final de la lista.
    4. Complete el formulario seleccionado la configuración de instrucción de su estudiante para el primer período de calificación de seis semanas.
    5. Selecione enviar y puede pasar al la siguiente parte del proceso de registro en línea.
    6. Complete las secciones restantes, carge documentos para obtener asistencia y “ Complete” su proceso de registro en línea.

New Students

  • If your student will be attending Waco Independent School District for the first time, please visit the Online Registration Portal and select the "Register New User" option at the bottom of the screen.

    When creating this account, make sure to make note of your user ID, password, and security question for future reference. You are now ready to login and complete the online registration process.

    Prior to completing your online registration, collect electronic copies as either .pdf or image files of the following documents to attach to your online registration.

    • Driver’s license/photo ID
    • Updated immunization record
    • Current proof of residency
      • Utility nill in parent/guardian’s name (gas, electric,water)
      • Rental or lease agreement/contract
    • Birth certificate
    • Social Security card
    • Proof of oncome (ONLY required for PreK Registration)
      • Current paycheck stub (last 30 days)
      • Letter from employer stating gross wages paid and how often they are paid
      • Unemployment, workers' compensation or disability payment stub
      • Acceptable documentation for self-employment income include:
        • Business or farming documents, such as ledger books and/or self-issued paycheck stub
        • Last year's tax return
      • Acceptable documentation for cash income include:
        • A letter from the employer stating wages paid and frequency


    Upon completion of the online registration process, save and print a copy of the enrollment summary form to provide to the home campus along with any of the required documentation if you were unable to attach during the online registration process.

Returning Students

  • For parents who have children currently enrolled in or were previously enrolled in the Waco Independent School District, login to the Online Registration Portal and enter your current user ID and password created for the Parent Self Serve Portal.  If you have not set up your Parent Self Serve account, you can do so by selecting the "Register New User" option at the bottom of the screen.

    If you have forgotten your user ID and/or password, please use the options to recover the information found on the Parent Self Serve portal.

    Prior to completing your online registration, collect electronic copies as either .pdf or image files of the following documents to attach to your online registration.

    • Driver’s license/photo ID
