2020-2021 Registration Information

  • Registration for PreK Students

    Online registration opened on Monday, April 27 to capture requests for PreK student enrollments for the 2020-2021 school year.

    Registration for New & Returning Students

    Registration for all other grade levels will begin on Monday, May 25 and run through the first week in August

    Please read all instructions below for new or returning students prior to beginning the online registration process.
     

    Online Registration

New Students

  • If your student will be attending Waco Independent School District for the first time, please visit the Online Registration Portal and select the "Register New User" option at the bottom of the screen.

    When creating this account, make sure to make note of your user ID, password, and security question for future reference. You are now ready to login and complete the online registration process.

    Prior to completing your online registration, collect electronic copies as either .pdf or image files of the following documents to attach to your online registration.

    • Driver’s license/photo ID
    • Updated immunization record
    • Current proof of residency
      • Utility nill in parent/guardian’s name (gas, electric,water)
      • Rental or lease agreement/contract
    • Birth certificate
    • Social Security card
    • Proof of oncome (ONLY required for PreK Registration)
      • Current paycheck stub (last 30 days)
      • Letter from employer stating gross wages paid and how often they are paid
      • Unemployment, workers' compensation or disability payment stub
      • Acceptable documentation for self-employment income include:
        • Business or farming documents, such as ledger books and/or self-issued paycheck stub
        • Last year's tax return
      • Acceptable documentation for cash income include:
        • A letter from the employer stating wages paid and frequency


    Upon completion of the online registration process, save and print a copy of the enrollment summary form to provide to the home campus along with any of the required documentation if you were unable to attach during the online registration process.

Returning Students

  • For parents who have children currently enrolled in or were previously enrolled in the Waco Independent School District, login to the Online Registration Portal and enter your current user ID and password created for the Parent Self Serve Portal.  If you have not set up your Parent Self Serve account, you can do so by selecting the "Register New User" option at the bottom of the screen.

    If you have forgotten your user ID and/or password, please use the options to recover the information found on the Parent Self Serve portal.
