WACO ISD LEAD FROM THE HEART EMPLOYEE RECOGNITIONS 2022-2023  

We have officially revamped our employee recognition to incorporate our District's leadership tenets of leading from the heart, leading with character, and leading for results. Beginning Monday, October 3, 2022, the new nomination window will open and remain open for the duration of the year. The same expectations apply. District employees can be nominated by peers, administrators, students, and parents, in honor and recognition of how they Lead from the Heart. 

 All recipients of the Lead from the Heart Award will be recognized monthly at the campus and/or department level. Members of the Employee Recognition Committee may take part in honoring nominated recipients. Lastly, recognitions may be featured on the district website, district newsletters, and/or Waco ISD social media platforms. 

Nominations may be submitted by clicking on the Lead from the Heart logo on the website or by clicking on the following link: 2022-2023 Lead from the Heart Nomination Form. We are accepting nominations from October 3, 2022 through May 1, 2023.
