Family Resource Specialists

Family Support Specialists (FSS) are a critical part of Transformation Waco's mission to be innovative in response to our families' needs. There is an FSS on each of the zone campuses to support the unique needs of the schools including creating a Family Resource Center, developing a welcoming campus culture that seeks collaboration with families, and helping to connect families to resources in the community that removes barriers to their child's success.
