Message from the Principal
Dear Carver Middle School Community,
I am pleased to welcome you back to a new school year! I would like to extend a special welcome to all the new families joining Carver this year and welcome back all of our returning families as well! I am honored to be your new principal. The middle years are an exciting time when children embark upon new adventures in the world of learning. Each year will provide important transitions and the acquisitions of new skills that will enhance each student’s ability to apply learning in many ways. G.W. Carver Middle School is committed to providing a challenging and rigorous curriculum that helps each student progress at a developmentally appropriate rate and provides a safe learning environment for all students.
“The only time the word Success comes before the word Work is in the dictionary.”
The G.W. Carver staff is dedicated and committed to excellence and putting in the work to ensure that our students are successful. As stated in our school motto, we are “All In, No Excuses!”
As a current resident in the Carver Park community and educator, I value the social and emotional development of each child as they transition from their primary years through early adolescence. We value life-long learning and aim to make your child’s learning experience at G.W. Carver Middle School engaging and exciting.
As the principal of G.W. Carver Middle School, I believe that it is our responsibility to maintain and continue to build a supportive and collaborative spirit. Together as a school community, we will build on the traditions of the past and meet the challenges of the future in innovative and exciting ways.
WE ARE THE CARVER P.O.S.S.E!
