Student Transportation

Waco ISD is pleased to provide an online search tool to assist parents with determining if their student is eligible for transportation and in locating the bus stop nearest to their home once routes are made public.

By entering the home address in the search tool, parents can quickly locate their student's attendance zone, bus stop, bus number, morning pick-up time, and afternoon drop-off time.

Find your bus information

If your student needs bus transportation, please complete the transportation section built into the enrollment/registration process located at https://wacoisd.org/register.  After you log into your account, select your student, then click "Next" until you get to the forms page, where you can select Bus and save/submit.

You can change your preferences throughout the year by logging back into this website and updating your Transportation Request.

*Please note that you must adjust the Transportation Request for each student individually.

After you update your transportation request, please send an email to routing@wacoisd.org with the name of the student, so we can verify everything has been completed and begin working on your request.  Sending an email is very important because the routing system does not notify us when a change has been made.

If an existing bus stop is in your area, this can generally be completed within 1-2 business days; however, if there is not already a bus stop in your area it can take up to a week to build a new bus stop into a bus route.
