District procedures requires that all competitive, discretionary grants be submitted by the Grants Management Office.  Based on size, various approvals or procedures are required.  Please use the Intent to Apply form to inform the Grants Management Department of all proposed projects prior to submitting complete proposal or application to a funder.

Once the form is complete, scan and email to kourtni.parnell@wacoisd.org. Preliminary approval for submission of a proposal should be received by the Grants Management Department prior to staff writing a grant.
