Randy James

Randy is a University of Mary Hardin-Baylor graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Music Education. He began teaching in Lampasas ISD and Copperas Cove ISD at the Middle School and High School level as the Head Choir Director over the course of 3 years.  He was in Killeen ISD for 23 years where 22 of those years he was the Head Choir Director at the Middle School level.  One of those years, he taught Elementary P.E., working with PPCD, Pre-K, and K-2 students. Going into year 27, he has taught hundreds of EL students at various proficiency levels from beginner (newcomer) to highly advanced. Professional certifications include Music, EC-12, Physical Education, EC-12 and Special Education, EC- 12. 

Randy has been blessed with his wife and two children. His hobbies include singing, hiking various nature trails, bird watching and spending time with family.
