Who can apply?

The Future Educators Academy is designed to serve incoming ninth grade students who have the determination to attend college, are first-generation college students, and have been historically underrepresented in higher education. They will continue in the Future Educators Academy throughout high school. 

The Future Educators  Academy campus will accept 100 ninth grade students per year. Interested eighth graders who will be first-year high school students can apply during the fall recruitment period.

There are no criteria for placement into the Future Educators Academy, but the student must be willing to work toward an associate degree, college credit, industry certification, or a post-secondary certificate.
