Activities included creating a guiding purpose, designing the day in the life of a future middle school student, and identifying priorities to maintain a clear focus on what is important for teaching and learning when supported with appropriate spaces, technology, furniture, and safety and security.

Carver Middle School Student Ambassadors
The Carver Middle School Student Ambassadors will be participating in their first site tour on Thursday. The group of 40 students will participate in this
engagement exercise to help them establish ownership of the new building; to cultivate an understanding that the community is providing this new building for them; to expose the students to the construction world and the opportunities that it provides; to build relationships with the professionals that are engaged in the design and construction process; to connect what they see on the job site with the learning they are doing in the classroom.
