It is the policy of Waco ISD not to infringe upon copyrights. Any incidental infringement is without the knowledge of Waco ISD, and given proper notice of any infringement, Waco ISD will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material.

Pursuant to 17 U.S. Code § 512, describing limitations on liability relating to material online, Waco ISD's designated agent for notice of any alleged copyright infringement is:
