Completing you employee file

  • After you have completed all required district paperwork, Waco ISD will still need the following documents to complete your employee file:

    Official Transcripts:

    • High school diploma
    • College hours
    • Associate’s Degree (must have degree conferred on transcript)
    • Bachelor’s Degree (must have degree conferred on transcript)
    • Master’s Degree (must have degree conferred on transcript)
    • Doctorate’s Degree (must have degree conferred on transcript)

    Teaching Certificates:

    • Alternative Certification Program Acceptance Letter
    • Out-of-State Teaching Certificate
    • Standard Texas Teaching Certificates(WISD HR will obtain from the TEA website.)

    Professional Licenses:

    • LSSP
    • RN
    • LVN
    • Speech Pathologist
    • Athletic Trainer

    Service Records:

    Please have the last school district with whom you were employed mail your original service record to:

    Waco ISD MUST receive the original signed service record. Copies or facsimiles cannot be accepted for salary or State Days credit.
