Waco ISD Support Services provides a single point of contact for technology support to all the district’s campus and administrative locations. We are here to communicate, educate, encourage and empower staff to understand and use technology in their work and their classroom.
Support Services Technicians perform the following
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair computer and printer hardware
- Install, troubleshoot and maintain software
- Make recommendations and provide standardized purchase information for hardware and software
- Troubleshoot video projectors, scanners, and document cameras
