Biography: I am the librarian at South Waco! It’s been the greatest privilege to build a love of reading within each one of my students. Reading gives you the ability to escape into another world and dream for your own reality. I am currently in the process of becoming an author myself! My book is a parenting book for those affected by divorce and it’s written from a child’s perspective (myself). Outside of school, I host a podcast called, “Divorce: What I Wish My Parents Knew”, cuddle with my maltipoo Teddy, or watch the latest movie at the Cinemark!

My Why: To stop the generational cycle of kids dropping out of school and captivate their hearts and minds to the love of reading—right now! This time is crucial for their life.
