I am excited to be the Instructional Specialist for Hillcrest PDS. I am married and have one daughter who is in college. Outside of school, my passion is crafting. However, education is my specialty. I have over 23 years of experience. I have held numerous positions including classroom teacher, technology teacher and specialist, interventionist and campus RtI specialist, and even principal. I hold several degrees, including a doctorate from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. I strive to build confidence and aid in success for both students and teachers.
