Title IX Compliance
In Waco ISD, we believe in treating all students and employees with dignity and respect therefore we take these matters seriously. All students (as well as other persons) at institutions/districts that receive federal funds are protected by Title IX—regardless of their sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, race, or national origin—in all aspects of a recipient’s educational programs and activities. It is the responsibility of all staff, teachers, and administrators to report complaints of sexual harassment, sexual assault, and/or any other forms of sexual misconduct that they receive or of which they may become aware by immediately contacting the Title IX Coordinator for students or employees listed below.

The District designates and authorizes the following person as the Title IX coordinator to be responsible for coordinating the District's efforts to comply with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, as amended, for employees.

The District designates and authorizes the following person as the ADA/Section 504 coordinator to be responsible for coordinating the District's efforts to comply with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended, which incorporates and expands upon the requirements of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, for students and employees:
