  • Our families with students learning remotely can find helpful tips in Waco ISD’s Student Guide to Remote Learning. The guide contains tutorials for logging in to Clever, Canvas and Seesaw as well as accessing Zoom and connecting student devices to Wi-Fi. This guide will be updated with additional resources throughout the fall semester.

    If you’ve tried the steps in the guide and are still having issues, there are a few ways to get help with technology for remote learning:

    • Accessing instructional resources through Canvas or Seesaw:
      • contact your student's teacher
    • Student passwords or another issue that cannot be resolved by your student’s campus:
      • complete a Remote Learning Technical Support Request form at bit.ly/wacoisdtechsupport (also linked below)
      • call the Remote Student Tech Help Desk Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. at 254-284-1072 

    Student email addresses typically have the following format:

    s<StudentID#>@student.wacoisd.org
