  • Our families with students learning remotely can find helpful tips in Waco ISD’s Student Guide to Remote Learning at bit.ly/wacoisdremotetechsupport. The guide contains tutorials for logging in to Clever, Canvas and Seesaw as well as accessing Zoom and connecting student devices to Wi-Fi. This guide will be updated with additional resources throughout the fall semester.

    If you’ve tried the steps in the guide and are still having issues, there are a few ways to get help with technology for remote learning:

    • Accessing instructional resources through Canvas or Seesaw:
      • contact your student's teacher
    • Student passwords or another issue that cannot be resolved by your student’s campus:
      • complete a Remote Learning Technical Support Request form at bit.ly/wacoisdtechsupport (also linked below)
      • call the student help desk Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. at 254-284-1072 

    Student email addresses typically have the following format:

    s<StudentID#>@student.wacoisd.org
