• Professional certification can be found in almost every industry today. Certification helps employers evaluate potential new hires, analyze job performance, evaluate employees, select contractors, market services, and motivate employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.

WISD CTE partners with area business leaders to determine which industry certifications are essential to career success.  Local, state and national career trends are examined.  The WISD CTE classroom reflects industry needs by providing state of the art equipment, relevant and rigorous curriculum, as well as providing students the opportunities to earn an industry certification.
