  • Also, daily attendance is critical to success at school.  Students who attend daily benefit from quality instruction which leads to course credit as well as passing critical tests for graduation.

Many students who struggle with daily attendance may find it frustrating to keep up with work, leading to failing grades and not passing End of Course tests required for graduation.

We need students to attend at least 90 percent of their classes to be eligible for credit.  Those who do not attend at least 90 percent will be assigned to Saturday School for make up hours.  If students miss more than 25 percent (23 days) in the current semester, they will not be eligible to make up time unless allowed by the building principal.

The best way to graduate on time is to come to school every day.  #CometotheU
