WHS Powerlifting Team Takes Gold at Temple Powerlifting Meet

February 13 - We had two lifters get first place at the Temple Powerlifting Meet on Saturday and two get fifth.

165 wt. class - Dennis Gibson - 5th
220 wt. class - Brandon Reliford Fr. - 5th
242 wt. class - Joseph Stephens - 1st
275 wt. class - Quincy Sims - 1st

The Powerlifting Team continues to improve. We tied for second with University at the Waco Powerlifting Meet on Saturday. Medalists for the Lions were the following:

165 lb. weight class - Brentlee Allen 3rd
165 lb. weight class - Keimon McDowell 5th

198 lb. weight class - Tristen Eche 2nd

242 lb. weight class - Byron Reliford 2nd

SHW - Landon Boffman 1st
