SFC(R) Marcus Haner was born and raised in Tampa, FL. After graduating from Hillsborough High School he joined the US Army as a Field Artillery Surveyor and served for 20 years. He has held every leadership position from Squad Leader to Platoon Sergeant. His assignments include Instructor for Advanced Individual Training and a Writer/Developer for Curriculum in his field.
