Mrs. Mize graduated from Hallsville High School in 1982. She attended Baylor University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education in Composite Science in 1987. Mrs. Mize earned her Master of Education and Mid-Management Certification in 1992 from Texas A&M-Commerce. Her career includes classroom experience at W.W. Samuell-Dallas ISD and Ruth Dowell Middle School-McKinney ISD. Her administrative experience includes A.J. Moore Academy-Waco ISD, Reicher Catholic High School-Waco, TX, La Vega High School-La Vega ISD, and currently serves as an assistant principal at University High School. Mrs. Mize married Waco native Robert Mize in 1989. They have three children; Macey, Michael, and Meagan.
