Cafeteria Plan Open Enrollment 2009 Review
The cafeteria plan insurance open enrollment will begin October 13, 2008 through November 13, 2008(view enrollment schedule). Eligible employees will be allowed to make changes and add or drop dependents during this time frame. All changes will be effective January 1, 2009.
All employees were required to attend pre-enrollment meetings this year. A review of all insurance options may be viewed by clicking the video clip link (turn up the volume on your computer speakers) or by clicking on the pdf /web file link below.
Each employee will be required to re-sign a benefits election form in order to continue coverage.
