The fine arts department supports art programs to encourage successful outcomes for students by providing quality, content-specific learning opportunities for fine arts staff. It collaborates with the community to create partnerships that benefit the quality of fine arts in Waco and utilizes multiple streams of communication to increase awareness about programs and related events. The fine arts department is also responsible for coordinating all aspects of district fine arts programs, including UIL events and coordinating fine arts curriculum development.
