Middle School #4 is holding registration during the Meet Your Teacher event on the MS#4 campus.
Please meet at 4:00-7:00 in the MS#4 Front Office Area on August 21st.

A "Returning Student" is a student that has attended a Waco ISD school previously.

- Shot Record
New Students
A "New Student" is a student that has not attended any Waco ISD school previously.
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Proof of Residence
- Parent ID
