Parent Organization Meeting
August 6th, 2012
5:30pm to 7:00pm

Please spread the word about our one last parent organization meeting for the school year 2012-2013. Principals, sponsors, a couple of officers (or designees) from each parent organization, or any parent who might be interested are welcome to attend.
In this meeting, we will be discussing the new, updated and enhanced guidelines for parent organizations for the school year 2012-2013. The meeting will be be held on August 6th from 5:30 to 7:00pm. The meeting will be held in the conference room located on the first floor of the Waco ISD Administration building downtown.
To do:
1. Please e-mail me the e-mail addresses or contact information of the president and treasurer or other officers of parent organizations (Booster clubs, PTAs, PTOs, etc.), as well as, district employees who serve as sponsors so that I can e-mail them an invitation to the meeting OR please feel free to send this link to them.

2. District employees interested in attending the meeting need to register on eSchool (eduphoria.) Here's the link:

Parents interested in attending one of the meetings, please e-mail me an RSVP. This is to help us ensure that we provide enough sandwiches, chips, and refreshments. If circumstances prevent sending an RSVP, you are still welcome to attend.
I have also attached an invitation that can be used for distribution to interested parents/sponsors.
