To provide and maintain a clean, safe, and functional environment for our students, staff, and visitors and to impact in a positive way the lives of the people we come into contact with.

Services and Responsibilities

The Maintenance Department is currently responsible for providing care of campus grounds and athletic facilities that total 370 acres of land, providing support of mechanical, non-mechanical, and electronic equipment (except computers) for 168 buildings that contain 2,580,331 square feet of building space. Providing technical support and training for Custodial Services for the same buildings and square feet of building space. Also responsible for providing oversight for the Integrated Pest Management Program, Asbestos, Hazardous Materials and Waste, and Safety programs.
