| Thank you for your interest in the Waco Independent
School District. To be considered for a substitute position
with Waco ISD, please submit the following documents to
the Human Resources Department: |

| Only references who can assess your work experience
should be used. Please include your name on each form before
giving it to the designated references. Mail each form to
the reference with a stamped envelope addressed to the Waco
ISD Human Resources Department. Each reference will then
mail the completed information to this office. |

- Copy of Transcript(s)
- Copy of Teaching Certificate (if applicable)

| Your application will not be considered complete
until all required information has been received by the
Waco ISD Human Resources Department. Your application will
be reviewed and, if selected, you will receive an invitation
letter to attend substitute orientation. |
